What you'll need:

- 200 grams of  Butter

- 1/2 Cup of sweetener of your choice

- 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks

- 2 cups of Gluten free plain flour

- 1 Tsp baking powder 

- 1 Tsp salt

- 1 Tsp vanilla

- 1/4 Cup Milk of choice

- oven 180 35 mins 

- 1/4 cup cream

- Punnet of strawberries (halved) to decorate

- 2 tbsp of grated chocolate 


Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

In a mixing bowl add your butter and sweetener. Cream until doubled, it should look lightened and fluffy. 

One at a time, add each egg and whisk thoroughly.

Next combine your dry ingredients into the mixture. Followed by your milk of choice and some vanilla. 

Pour your cake batter into a tin and bake for 35 minutes. 

Whilst your cake is cooking, whip cream until fluffy. 

Allow your cake to cool before placing cream on top along with your halved strawberries and shaved chocolate. 

Eat your cake.
